I have a customer who has a 2 Port Comdial Debut VM. I am looking for a website so that I can download the software to reprogram their AA. Any suggestions? :shrug:

Reprogram the AA in what way? You can just teleparamater into it or you can hook up to the serial port and use keylink

Looking to set up certian options. For example
Press 1 for Bill (Go to Ext 100)
Press 2 for Sally (Go to Ext 101)
Press 3 for Joe (Go to Ext 102)
I am not sure where to find the keylink software. I am not a comdial dealer. Just trying to help a customer set up a vm unit he bought. Connecting it to a Siemens Hipath system. Thanks for the quick replies. I will see what I can access anything on the Vertical Dealer site.

Get a keyvoice supervisors guide and use the supervisor mailbox for what you need to do, it's quite easy as long as the default PW has not been changed. If it has, you will need the software to view it.

Thanks, Mark. That is where I am at. MB 70 has a non default password. Trying to hook up with the previous owner to see if they have it. The new owner would spring for a service call if anyone wants the job.
