Got a customer who has made changes to greeting prompt 1001.
When you go in via sys admin you can hear the newly recorded prompt 1001.
When you call in from the outside, you hear the old prompt 1001.
Had customer reboot system, still the same.
Any answers ??

Have you checked in the day or night main menu to see what is actually in there

As above i would suggest using say prompt 3000. Never use the defaults. Only true way to test this is to hook up to the svmi-4 with your pc and watch in the trace what prompt is actually playing and what mode the svmi-4 is in. My hunch says the prompt related to the day main menu has been changed from the default.
