I've got a few customers where CID will stop working and system needs to be reset to get it going again. anyone seen this?

I ran in to the same problem on a 7030 yesterday. Not sure what is causing it, however a reboot will usually take care of it.

I've seen something similar on a OS100 but the incorrect caller id gets displayed, this was with 2.72 firmware.
I assume this is PSTN?

From what I recall, these systems have some buffer that gets full and doesn't flush. Samsung was aware of the issue but did not ever get around to fixing. Reboot clears the buffer out and its good until it gets full again.
