Hi, was wondering if somebody can help with this issue.

I have 2 company's installed. One on group 518, one on 519 which are set to bi-vms. I have setup the automated attendants to say something like thank you for calling, for sales press 2 service press 3 and so on.

When somebody calls in to the system, they press 2, 3 or 0, it transfers to operator which is group/extension 500. However, it just keeps ringing until the user hangs up or somebody answers. I need to have this as forwarding to voicemail after 4-6 rings but no matter what I have tried, this does not work.

Any help will be appreciated. We are very frustrated with this.
