about 80 persent of the time the single line extension will ring once and hangup. the customer only uses 2 of the extensions on the card and both do it. They had multiple phones and loud bells connected to each and I thought I had the problem resolved by eliminating most of the devices on each extension. The customer called back and said it is still doing it. Is it possible that the card is bad? I don't have a replacement card does anyone.
