We just installed a 7200 in our office and it's running 453c.
Using 5220s at our desks and after setting everything up, realized we have voice through our speakerphones (both ways) but nothing through the handsets... what am I missing?

Figured it out. We have a defective handset. Seems like it's always the easy solutions to try first...
