I've got a 7200 that needs to have an LCP upgraded and I am very rusty with IT tools. My partner of 19 years, Paige, used to do all this an she died three weeks ago and her son is taking the 7100 certification class so eventually I hope he will take over the business but in the meantime I'm trying to not screw up everything.
I can download from GSBN and all I just don't want to screw anything up.
Thanks, Bunnie

Upload the LCP file to the Media card, then either turn dip switch 5 on the MP20/MCP and reboot, or use MMC818 to manually flash it

Thanks, I thought it would be more than that.

Use 818. The display will say 'media busy' and will flash oddly on the display.
DO NOT interrupt the process which takes about 25 minutes. If you get impatient and reboot the system, etc, you will have a dead LCP card on your hands and an unhappy account.
