I have a problem with the outgoing CLI. All of the outgoing calls goes out with "private number".

The provider told me that the PBX must send an I12 signal, but the signal sended is I15.

I don't know what parameter changes this in the IT.

If I remember on the TEPRIa card you do not have to set anything to show the outgoing call on others CID info. By default is will always show the BTN. This is set by default on NI_2. The Phone Line Provider is the one who controls the number going out..ask them to send BTN # out.
You can also change the the CLI Tables in MMC 321 to select a # you want to go out on the PRI if all else fails...this may be easier to just do this.
