At a dealership they currently have a iDCS 100 with a PRI and a MGI 16, they added another dealership on the lot. We ran a 50 pair to the new dealership where they have currently about 4 phones and will be expanding. We installed a OS7200 with a OAS card and SPNET license on the OS7200. Both systems are at the same dealership and linked. Calling internally they seem to work fine. However when a call comes in and is transferred to the new dealership often the call is dropped. The phones do not power down, just the call is dropped. Any suggestions?

Let me add.... only the calls on the 7200 are getting dropped. The calls on the 100 where the PRI is installed has not had a dropped call. Also, it seems that the audio is being dropped. The display timer still runs and port connection status show all ports still connected. But cannot here anything. It happens always at the same time about 10 seconds into the call if it does drop.

The layout is simple, basically they are tied together by a generic TP Link router. Its on a local network all within the same subnet.

If they are on the same subnet you shouldn't need a router...

Curious question, how come you didn't buy the 7200 and include a Pri card and just leave it all on the 7200 and eliminate the 100?

I'm with Biztel Cuban Okie Tech on this also

And why did you run a 50 pair if you are not using it for a voice tie?
