Does anyone know an easy way to delete Indexed Prompts(Such as "Extension","Zero","ONE",....."nine")on a SVMi-20e?

Why would you want to? Just remove them from the various Mclass, Eclass, and menu blocks

as you know when the outside caller dials e.g 201 the SVMi-20e will announcement "will be transfer to extension two one zero "
I want to delete The message of "will be transfer to extension two one zero " ? how i can delete it?

Remove the "target herald prompt" in the Eclass.

or record the name in the mailbox, it will say transferring to and the name you record.
