I have tried to find a program that will make each of the co lines so up on their own button and have not run across the programing.

MMC 723 for all 24 buttons, all 12 buttons, all 21 buttons, etc.
MMC 722 for each individual phone.
Once you have done a button in 722, no matter what you do in 723, it will not apply to that button on that phone, you must go back and do it in 722.

I have looked through 722 and 723 a number of times and the only thing I could find was call1 and call2. I could not see anything that looks like Co1, Co2?

They are called DT keys DT= direct trunk and the extender is for the line ie DT701= Line 1 key
