You are going to have to do a wireshark trace and provide a network diagram showing all routers/firewalls for the system side and the remote side.
Or find a tech in your area that is competent/certified with samsung IP to look at this
Also MPS doesn't come into play on an IP - TDM call, only on IP - IP calls.

I had a similar problem: I had a system with 3 locations: main location was where ksu was. 2 satellite offices were connected via vpn to main unit. Main location could talk to any location. However, the two satellite locations had no audio when they tried to talk to someone at the other satellite side. I changed one satellite location to come in over the public IP address. The customer's IT vendor, made a change on this satellite office for their gateway and problem was solved.

Birdlady710 your issue is due to the ip phones trying to talk direct to each other (ie not via the HO), all they needed to do was setup a vpn between the two satellite offices
