I've received old CRM boards with CPLD version V01.

I need to use E1/R2MFC, then Samsung sent me Crm_v10.jed file to upgrade the CRM.

I've tried to upgrade it with MMC818 and with Installation Tool but I don't know how.

I need to solve it ASAP and if I ask Samsung, I'll have response at least tomorrow.

Helpppp me pleasee!

The jed file is what you use to upgrade the CPLD on the CRM.
However you need a special cable and software to do this.

I have done CPLD upgrades with OS7030 cabinets and will probably done some OS7000UNI cards in the future but not daugher boards

It's not an SIO cable, it connects to a parallel port. Unless there is another way to upgrade that i'm not aware of

You will have to ask samsung for the cable and software and procedure.

With the OS7030's i had to stop the boot up process before the upgrade the cpld.
