i know Link will run as a system service, but will Dataview? i have link/dataview installed on a pc that meets all min specs - and when i am logged in as a client, it runs fine and collects data just fine - as soon as i log out as a client, it stops collecting data totally. i am not using remote desktop to initiate this - so that isnt the issue - this is a 7100 by the way and a trial version of dataview - till i see if i want to purchase it.
-I appreciate your time and help-

Dataview (like most samsung CTI applications) is an application, there is no service mode.
You will need to leave the pc running it logged in all the time
