Hello all,

I have a DX-120 system. When a user places a call on hold. After 60 seconds it goes the the extensions VM. How can I set this to not go to voicemail. I found old post that talk about setting the Hold Recall Setting. But I only see a setting called Hold Abandon and there is no way to set it to 0.

Thanks for your help,

The hold recall timer needs to be reset. Either make it longer, can be up to 5 minutes, or disable it. After the hold recall timer expires, the call comes back to the phone and will go to VM if the ext has vm.

This is not the hold reminder timer. The hold reminder timer times how long the it takes to remind the user a call is on hold. The hold abandon timer determines the CO disconnect time should the caller hang-up while on hold.
