Hello
The Officeserve Link application comes with an additional app called "CTI Message Monitor". The data is very vital for my business, but it seems a bit stupid to take the route:
Officeserve PBX->Officeserve Link->CTI Message Monitor->My solution.
Is there any way to get the "CTI Message log" straight from the Officeserve PBX?

OS link is the CTI gateway, which almost all cti apps talk to.
So there is no way to get he information direct from the pabx.
However you may be able to connect direct to whichever TCP port on OS Link runs the message monitor (refer to the settings of the OS Link for the correct port)
