InTouch Digital used to be the recommended Vm for integration with 7200/7400 Hospitality.
They no longer support Samsung.
Is there another VM that works in this environment? i.e check out of room, auto delete mailbox messages.

I would check out DuVoice. I am not sure about Samsung specifically, but they integrate with pretty much anything and are GREAT. Good price too.

Samsung supports these functions on the svmi20e (and i assume the svmi20i) via the hotel/pms interface on the system.
the hotel motel functionality hasn't changed much since the dcs, ip support was added in the idcs and officeserv but that's about it i believe
