Hi
I have Mw buttons set on a DS5021 Handset. This is on a OS7030.
One of the buttons stays permantly lit, however all messages have been deleted from the mailbox related to the MW button.
I have tried resetting the handset, however the mw button relates to a virtual extension mailbox. How can this be cleared?
