I have implemented a Call Center solution with OS7400.

1. All incoming calls must go to SVMi-20E.
2. The callers hear some special greeting audio.
3. After this, all calls must go to the Call Center software (Samsung must send the calls via SIP Trunk).

How can I do this?

If in 3.2.3 I send all the calls to Trunk Group 805 rather than SVMi-20E, the Call Center works fine, but I don't know how to send the calls from SVMi-20E to the SIP Trunk after the caller hear the special greeting audio.

You will need to create an extension in the VM that dials the 805 tg and the other digits required to access your call center software.

Then in your day main menu setup the no act destination to goto this extension

Can your call center software not be configured to provide an upfront message?

I use an extension with Call Forwarding activated (Feature 60+1+805+Call Center digits, but the call ring on the phone.

Example: SVMi-20E receive the call and in No Answer, the call goes to extension 2701. This extension is forwarded to ALL | 805 | 2701, but the call ring on extension 2701 in Samsung PBX.

Why can it be?

MMC210 ICM Ext Fwd needs to be on
MMC502 Ext fwd timer, adjust this to 1, if that doesn't work increase until it does (i've had to go upto 7)
