I have got samsung idcs 500 and i need to do grouping on three extensions so that when one is unaswered while ringing one of the other can pickup. Your help will be appreciated. thanks

If they have DS keys on the phones for the other 2 phones couldn't you use the DS keys to pick up.

Dear just Use the MMC 302 to program the Pickup group No. for the desired Ext. Numbers. And check the MMC 724 that what is the for the code of MYGROUP (In OS500 it is *)

I had three extensions line on samsung idcs 500 dead,then i restart the samsung idcs 500 system and they came up.Recently they are dead from the port side and again i restart the system and this time they didn't come up.So what can be the problem.Is it the card?

Good chance its your card or your wiring have you tried swopping extns to test the ctts
