i have a basic 7100 and the inbound CID is coming in just fine - issue is that once the call is complete (whether answered or not answered) - if i go to the call log by hitting the "menu\down arrow to "2.incoming logs"/enter)-it shows only number -- not name. i have tried changing all settings in mmc 119, verified i have inbound number AND name - yet it still only shows number. Tech suppt said to try the NND key, but that only works with a call in progress - wont work with logs. these are copper lines inbound to the system - any ideas would be appreciated.

Unless the incoming call is not showing name. This is possible depending on the callers carrier. Otherwise nnd should work when you are just looking at the call log after the calls.
