Hi All
I have a OS7030 that wont boot, seems to keep resetting itself, Is there a way to force it to boot via defaulting, Bearing inmind that I cannot access it via the IT tool.
I desperately need the Voicemail database off it.
Is there a setting of the dip switches that will force it to boot, or force an IP reset ?
regards
Adam

Turning on dip switch 6 will change the ip back to default.
You can halt the boot sequence and then upload files to the flash/bootrom, not sure about downloading from it though.
You can also see the bootup sequence to see where it is failing whilst connected for the halting of the boot sequence, the document on howto do this is from samsung uk.

All is lost if you do a recovery. The bootfile replaces all the old files on pabx

As long as you don't erase the entire flash and only just the files that it doesn't like and replace them with the same version but non-corrupted ones
