Hi, I'm a regular on the Toshiba boards, but I'm at a law office where they have our system and a Prostar system. The power just went out on the prostar system and wiped out the button assignments. Can someone give me a call ASAP at 570-341-5586, they're about to flip out on me.

I'll owe you one, big time. Thanks!

Greg

I called him and got him to where there was an online manual for a 56/120 which programs like a 12/24.

I can do most all the other Samsungs in my head, but the 12/24 and 56/120 were older and I can't remember everything that far back.

Sounds like the battery in memory card is shot .
so next power outage ,good bye programming.
if you unplug to add a ups same thing.

Maybe you could find a cpu card with a good
battery

You may also want to copy all the programming onto a pad ,its save the what abouts every time you do it.I had a customer here that refused to spend for the card and his battery backups were
dead and I was there almost every week on emergency to reprogram ,I guess it was a different pocket.

All the batteries were Ni-Cds and dead by now so you would have to replace the battery no matter what and there are same size and type Ni-Mh batteries that use to replace them.

The system was the worst Samsung ever made in terms of reliability and was not cost effective.

You could just solder in a new battery and reprogram or use a 48 volt DC battery back up pack.

Better to ditch the system, it is past it's useful life.
