I have a problem on (2) systems that were upgraded to software 4.60b (One is our in house demo OS7030; the other is a 2 cabinet OS7200)

Since the software upgrades were completed, I cannot get mobex to work at all. The OS7030 was successfully using MObex before the upgrade.

When we attempt to use Mobex by simply calling the Mobex ext: you get an error tone & Not available on the display (This happens if Mobex key is lit/un-lit)

In the SVMi I programmed the Mobex ext - dialed into the Auto attendant, dialed teh mobex ext # and the call said transferring to... and then went immediately to vmail.

I then called into the SVMI and dialed teh 'Prime" ext - it rang for 60 seconds before recalling/fwd to vmail. The cel phone never rang.

The Prime ext for the mobex schedule is set for basically 24/7 (0:0-23:59 / 7days a week)

Any thought would be appreciated! I've been waiting on tech support for more than 3 weeks now!
