Can I get the Administration Code for calling ext 157? I am trying to get rid of a test greeting I made and I forgot the code I use to get in. I know the code for getting into the Supervisor Mailbox. Can I purchase a Admin Voicemail users guide ? I don't want get into trouble asking about codes, I have manuals for programming and have search for the Admin Code and cannot locate it.

157 is the first port of voicemail you use the supervisor mailbox to administer mailboxes,routing boxes, etc. So not sure what you're asking.

Thanks BillyBob. Thanks Dtcd21. I purchase this equipment from a company in the state of Indiana and they are a Vertical Dealer, nice people,but Tech Support for Comdial DX-80 is very limited. I will never again buy from a reseller who can not give me complete Tech Support.

Depending on the difficulty of the customer, I'd bet that in 2 hours or less I could have this system doing everything he wants and maybe more. I'm close enough to help, and could even teach you the things you need to know. I don't come free, and my schedule runs about 5 to 7 business days out. Just seems like your wasting a lot of time and trips for some free help. I won't post again on this topic because I don't want to offend you or anyone else. Good Luck.
