I'm new to the whole phone line system. I'm working with a 66 block and have the joy of hooking up 5 phone lines and one dedicated fax line. So far I was able to connect one phone to 4 lines. My customer wants 10 phones with 4 lines to each. Couple of questions: 1) Is this even possible with the 66 block. 2) If yes, how? 3) Do I need to use cross connection for all of this to work?

Customer wants the same 4 lines to each 10 phones? Im guessing this isnt a "phone system" but just using 4line analog phones? This is possible, but to do it right, you may need an additional 66block so all cables can be punched down. Then yes you could use cross connect, and loop it to each station cable.
Questions are, is this home run wiring? Are you using a phone system, and if yes, wich one?

4 lines with 10 phones should be on a small phone system. That many phones on regular lines is going to be a problem plus it will cost as much and not have the features that you would with a small system

I have to agree with Merritt on this one, you can connect all 10 phones with 4 lines but you would be much better off with a small key system. More features, and less of a headache.
I Swear I did not touch anything

Your question is kind of like saying "I bought this car and I'm sitting in the drivers seat, now what do I do?" If you have never driven before it's not going to be easy for someone to tell you how without being there and showing you. If you can't visualize how to wire and cross connect something like this we can't tell you here. I would suggest you farm this out to someone with experience.
I would also strongly suggest that you take the advice given about using a key system rather than 10 four line phones before you find out the hard way that it's not the way to go.

You can also look at the TMC KSU-less phones that will work for your application. They go in in a snap and are very reliable. You can add music on hold, paging, auto attendant, etc. Go to https://www.tmccorporation.com/

Thanks to everyone that responded. I was able to find someone to contract this out to and learn about it at the same time. Now I'm wondering how much to charge. Any suggestions. What's the average for something like this?
