Sometimes when I get stuck on a difficult cavity / Wall drop I hook a Peice of 20mm or 3/4 inch Flexible conduit up to a vaccum cleaner feed it into the hole and usually get results with the string line.

They love to put noggins in everywhere here that makes things a bit harder.

Noggins? Because of the post I'm assuming firebreaks?

Thanks Skip, noggins make the job harder unless you've a lot of head room for extension bits. I think they should be called buns, cause there a pain in the bun. I'd never hear them called noggins.

I never heard the term noggin either, apparently it's not a US term. The web site is UK and jettech is Ozzie. I also have never heard the term "sole plate".

The magnet thing seems like another toy tool I don’t need to lug around.
