Hi-I have a customer with a DXP that would like to be able to pick up a tranfered call or an intercom call to one station from another station. I thought I could use ITCM *4 and then the extension number of the ringing phone. All I get when I do this is a busy signal. I have tried ITCM #4 and I get the same busy signal. What am I missing? Thanks.

Look at the feature codes and make sure the directed pick up is what you expect and make sure they're in the same call pickup group if trying to do a group pickup.
