I have been trying to install wideopen on a DSUII with I think 07A software... According to a manual I read on-line it listed that it works with the DSU II... This is an IMPACT DSUII with realatively newer software... I think the minimum for wideopen is 2A... There is no selection for a DSU II and if I use the FX or the DXP will that work?? What port can I use on the DSUII?? I am using Com 1, 2, and 3 for other stuff.. 1 for setting preferences.. 2 I think is on my caller ID's and 3 I think I have set to Comdial OfficeLite... Can I use Port 4 and set the correct baud settings, etc...
Thanks in advance for any hints...

I think my only option is to change the DSU II out to an FX
|

Yep the DSU CTI apps ran from PCIU unit and software. The WideOpen was for DXP, DXP+, FX and MP5000 series systems.
