Go to hardware store and buy a male electrical plug.

Install a ground wire on the 3rd prong only.
This is called eqpt. ground.

Install in ele. outlet and run your grd. wire to
whatever you need grounded.

Please check your ac outlet with meter first, as
this is a must.

Building Steel or a Ground Rod directly into the Earth.

If you use building steel be sure to scrape away any paint before you tighten the ground lug.

Just to give you gut an update. I will have to rewire to the D mark outside. AT&T was suppose to be here between 8:00 AM & 12 noon wow what a suprise the ticket was not assigned to a technician until 6:20 PM Whats new I have IW inside that would make some of the worst wiring pictures like like perfect professional installs I will take some pictures tomorrow of the old wiring and try to post them. The IW is the old wiring that has been here aparently for as long as this building is old. I would hate for someone her to look and think that anyone could run cable in such a sorry conditionlike what I found here. I wish there was a bad cabling job hall of shame.

What a lovely day in the life of a phone man.
