I am having intermittent issues where our system is not going into evening mode. I can change it manually but its not doing it on its own. I have had a tech in and had the system reprogrammed and its still having this issue. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

Is your system in the "Time" mode. Take a look at Feature 68. Should have 4 settings Day, Eve, Alt and Time. If it's not in the "Time " mode the system doesn't look for the schedule times to change from "Day" to "Eve". Of course, this schedule table has to be set up right.
