My customer has a DXP with two digital station cards. All stations on both cards have distortion on transmit and receive on all calls, CO or ICM. The analog station ports do not have this problem. I suspect a defective Service card but would like some input before I order one. There is an unrelated problem on the Key VoiceMail. It shows an error message that it has lost communication with the serial port although the voice mail and serial functions with the displays are working fine.

Thanks for the offer but I've ordered one. The system is still working ok but it has become an annoyance for my customer
