We've recently taken over a service contract maintaining multiple sites with Comdial systems. They all have a pc on site with the VMMI interface. I'm logged on as installer but I am still not able to change the member list option when I create a new station hunting group. Any ideas?

Do a VMMI help then find and search for "search type" and display your results then scroll to the bottom! You'll find your answer there.

You have to change the search type to none to modify members.
