I have installed a used medly system that was given to me. It is up and running properly but I only have the user and administrator guides. I need to Hyperlink to the panel to program the system. I have linked w/ serial cable from the desktop but cannot make connection or print reports. Is there anyone with experiance who might help me out?

The I/O port defaults to 19.2 baud rate unless you changed it. I have better luck with ProcommPlus on all Executone digital products. Good Luck!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
