The model 32 phone can be connected to a few different systems, The MEDLEY, IDS 42 84 108 228. Do you know wich system you have? Do you also know if you have the IOT (integrated operator terminal)?

This is for Executone IDS phone system as long as it is Y2K compliant. Get intercom tone and dial "O" to find out which extension is operator extension. At the operator extension dial "28" ,enter time in military format, and then hang up.
If all else fails, use a BFH.
