I have a system 228 and it keep resetting in the middle of the day. I have checked the system reset option and my clock to make sure its not set to do it. It's set to do it at 3:00am. I need to get a new UPS because the old one is dying. Even without a UPS it shouldn't shut down. Or am I wrong?

No your system should not be shutting down. Is this a dedicated electrical outlet? Hopefully its not an outlet controlled by the light switch. Do you have ALARMS on the Operator Terminal?

It still sounds like the time is wronk on the phone system. Try inputing the time again in military format. If that does not work send me a email and I can acees remotly and check system in debug. Good Luck!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
