I have an IDS 42 system and am wondering if there is any way to make the operator position voice announce rather than ring. I set it under the station options but it still rings.

You need to goto system programing screen "B screen" and stop that extension from being the operator. If you have any other questions drop me a line [email protected]Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
