need help deleteing two lines from line pool. and hooking up a laptop to the system

I sent you some helpful info in tif format. You will need to scroll through to see pages.
It depends on your software level what you can and can not do. If it is older software all you can do is see existing software, download new software, and that is about it.
All other programing without upgrading software has to be done at phone.

I will type someting up for you on how to delet lines from pool group.
Are you removing lines?
or Do you just want to put lines in different pool group?

What software level are you running?
