I know that I am opening up a can of worms, is anyone else having issues with new Bix tools. I wore out my original one. I purchased a new bix tool six month ago and the pin fell out, my supplier gave me a new one. The same thing happened today. Has anyone used the other brands? Greenlee or Paladin. Thanks, hate to have to buy another new one.

If it's a REAL BIX tool (ie: NT QTBIX16A) keep taling it back to your supplier.
Other brands are just "Wannabees" and are simply inferior.
It was possibly a bad batch.
Scientists say that the universe is made up of Protons, Neutron & Electrons. They forgot "Morons". Dave. (CTUB) Canadian Techs Use Bix!
