Do it like Carl showed and then fold the loops back against the block. This way you can pull them out for testing/troubleshooting.

Personally I'm all for using sites like this one to learn. In fact, you've received a warmer welcome and more "active" participation than I've seen in other posts requesting similar advise.

But there is a point where you need to make a decision. Move on to google to expand on what has been shared, move forward with what you're trying to accomplish, or pay for someone to come down and walk you through it (or do it for you)

If you google for say "how to terminate a 66 block" you may find what you are looking for on your own.

BTW, I did fold the loops back. The picture was taken with the loops out to show how it's done.
It's crystal clear when the loops are visible and you can blow the jpg up and see how they are terminated.

It takes about 15 seconds to do that.

Trying to run them down the middle is not only difficult, but you would literally have to undo the block each time you had to troubleshot. The block that Carl showed is well within standards and in my opnion would be the best way to wire the block. You would not need as much slack as shown in the picture, but that is personal preference. I also heavily favor the bridge clip method as it provides quick and easy troubleshooting.
