LOL Skip. I lost some pretty high dollar stuff, Gopher pole included. You'd think the customer might call and mention it. I've walked into a site that had my tools just sitting in the eq rm.
Why didn't you call? Oh, we figured you'd be back for it. Sure, let me think, and go over my time sheet for the last TWO weeks.

My buddy found a really nice Tempo LAN toner and probe kit in the ceiling of the office building he manages. Tried to get him to give it to me but it's still in his desk drawer lol

@Jeff: The Progressive/Tempo toner has just one problem that bugs the hell out of me. If you place the toggle switch in "continuity test" position and there is voltage on the line, you are VERY likely to fry that dumbass little resistor on the CB that separates the 9V source from the inner 3V LED. That circuit has little/no protection from that type of test, which is why the resistor tends to overheat, soften the solder and slip off the board...thus rendering the "toner" a complete POS. Resoldering the component back on to the board is within the realm for those with pencil irons and some skill, but the truth is that the circuit should have been better designed to begin with.
