Hey all, I am wondering if anyone out there has a Jackrapid cassette that is worn out. It doesn't matter if the blades are any good since I'll be replacing them but the pressing action needs to be working correctly. None of the cassettes I have are due for replacement. I'm going to try and mod the cassette to hold a Hubbell TX4PH (replacement head for their xcell jacks). I've used the TX4P tool but unless you punch it straight down it is inconsistent. If I can mod the cassette to take the head then that will solve the consistency problem. I'll be happy to put up directions should I be successful. In a related request could someone PM me a price for a TX4PH? I'm looking for a cheap one so I don't feel as guilty cutting it up.
