I'm in the process of replacing some of our older phones. If I purchase new Executone phones, do I need to have these new phones programmed or do I just plug them and it's a done deal?

The ECX from Executone.
As long as its the same model just plug them in all the prog.
remains on the port not the phone.

Unless I am very mistaken, there have not been new "CX" phones made by anyone in over 10 years... lol. Just be sure to use the same model.

As long as you use CX phones, no problems. Do as Rick Stated. Part # is 2992501, 2992502, 2992503, and 2992503.

Good Luck!!

If all else fails, use a BFH.
