Tons to choose from, Superior Essex is a good manufacturer. Kinda personal preference...

Most name brands are good as was mentioned. I used Wavenet only once and was not impressed so wouldn't recommend it.

Just picked up a box of General Cable Cat5e for work today. I've never had any problems with it.

I prefer Beldon wire they stand behind their products and excede industry standards.
Using that cheap crappy cable will ruin your reputation ! Buy cheap buy twice and cheap crappy patch cords are usually the weak link...

I like Systimax. Commscope has moved production of some riser-rated cable to China so the "garbage" label wouldn't apply to Systimax stock purchased from authorized distributors.

General, Essex, Superior, Mohawk (if I get desperate) and LS (parent company of Superior Essex) makes PureNet Cable. LS was originally an LG company and got spun off on its own. I think their wire is pretty good stuff.
