Found a support company locally, but their Nortel tech is going in the hospital for surgery today and sytem still not working.Need help ASAP in Maitland Florida area.

What kind of problems are you having? Possibly something that can be handles remotely?

Problem with Pri showing all lines busy, Sprint says d-channel dropping from our end. Need someone onsite because no dial-in access for RAD is available.

Ouch...You may try the "Installers" button on the top of this page. There are several interconnects in Orlando that service Norstar's.
Expain your situation to them & make sure they have experience with PRI's on Norstars. (This is not a time for them to learn.)
Your other aleternative would be to have someone FedEx you a RAD and help you out remotely. However, you really need a good tech on site.
