I have to ask. How much do you pay for a tech to go out to install MOH units?
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.

We normally don't have a set rate. Usually the technician tells us their hourly rate, trip charge, etc. and we go from there. The installation usually takes no more than 2 hours

We actually like to have the installs done M-F 8-5 CST. After the installation is complete, we ask the technician to call us so we can test the connectivity.
