Hello, please let me know how to pool lines on the IDS's (84)...and please elaborate...button assignment...etc. I ASSUME I JUST ASSIGN ALL BUTTONS AS TRUNK GROUP 300....WHAT IS TRUNK GROUP # IN "SYSTEM PROGRAMMING"?? --03?

If LCR or pool group 1 use 300 subcode 20. If any other group use 300 subcode of that group (group 3 = subcode 3).
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
