Looking for the procedure to set the time on an IDS with Eclipse 3.0 software. Can it be set by the customer from extension 3000 or do I need to set it from a pc / terminal?
Yea, I installed it just a couple months ago but don't remember the procedure and the manuals belonged to the customer - 100 miles away. Thanks.

1. Phone System from Operator Terminal
Press Control C
Enter Time Military format
(Note: Press enter key to change date)
Press Escape key to exit out

2. Phone System from Operator Phone
Dial 28
Enter time in Military format
Hang-up

Good Luck!!

It may work depending on the software version of the IDS 42 and if the Time option is loaded on the system.
