Our Chester, NY office has a Samsung Prostar DCS with a Telekol Minitel-128 voicemail system. Looking for a quote on the following:
- Onsite to help new office manager clean up old voicemail boxes, record new greetings, etc. Probably not more than a couple of hours.
- Quote for a downgrade from the current T1 setup to 6 POTS lines. This office used to house a call center, which has since been moved elsewhere. I know the DCS is long discontinued, but some spare parts do seem to be available.
Figured I'd check here to see if anyone works that area. It's not a huge company priority, and I don't expect them to spring for a new system for that office.
