I can help out with work in the Midwest, and farther if it is a larger project like say an Avaya IP Office implementation. Based in the WI, IL state line area so less than three hours from large percentage of of IL, WI, IA, MN. Very competitive with Avayas technical services, and have experienced techs working with national service providors on Avaya, and other projects. My speciality is the Avaya IP Office.
Have experience with Toshiba, ESI, and a number of voice mail systems as well. I can also be the on site hands of others who know systems, and am pretty good at that as I have been the remote support guy on the phone before with someone being my hands on site. I have worked in 9 states in the last 6 months so I do not mind traveling as long as it works out so everyone win$.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!
